It was just the released tarball. I can use live/git versions. But they
are a bit of a pain. They are not smart, they have no idea if anything
real changed. So could checkout and build a package over and over for no
reason. I tend to stick to tags.

Ah strange its there for 4.x. No worries thanks for pointing out.
Likely does not make sense to mess with cmake for that version. Given
master has changed.

I did at first, but then went to look at the tag from the tarball I am
working with. Maybe a new tag/tarball, Alpha 2? 

I figured in working with cmake, it would be more practical for 4.x as
a request. I was not trying to change 3.x, Though would not mind it
there. If this works for that, then I will use the cmake patches for 3.x
and 4.x live vs tag. 

I can make a snapshot version using any particular commit. Bit better
than live, but still prefer tags :)
