Ah that explains it. Thank you! :) > > https://github.com/FirebirdSQL/firebird/tree/T4_0_0_Alpha1/extern > > If you need to use Alpha1 (why?), look at: It was just the released tarball. I can use live/git versions. But they are a bit of a pain. They are not smart, they have no idea if anything real changed. So could checkout and build a package over and over for no reason. I tend to stick to tags. > > https://github.com/FirebirdSQL/firebird/tree/T4_0_0_Alpha1/src/common/tomcrypt Ah strange its there for 4.x. No worries thanks for pointing out. Likely does not make sense to mess with cmake for that version. Given master has changed. > But i think, you should better look at: > > https://github.com/FirebirdSQL/firebird/tree/master/extern I did at first, but then went to look at the tag from the tarball I am working with. Maybe a new tag/tarball, Alpha 2? I figured in working with cmake, it would be more practical for 4.x as a request. I was not trying to change 3.x, Though would not mind it there. If this works for that, then I will use the cmake patches for 3.x and 4.x live vs tag. I can make a snapshot version using any particular commit. Bit better than live, but still prefer tags :) https://github.com/FirebirdSQL/firebird/archive/T4_0_0_Alpha1.tar.gz Thanks again for clarification. -- William L. Thomson Jr.
