BSPOWNER as the owner of it.
BSPOWNER is the creator and owner of the database. Got same error if
use your "gbak -v -c BSP2018..." form
Being root it's the same as with '-user SYSDBA'
but restore success if use "gbak -v -c -user SYSDBA BSP2018...".
And success if use "sudo gbak -v -c BSP2018..."
