Usually this means that empbuild don't compile. But it seems to work
for me on Linux. Something Windows specific? I will take a look.
Any news on this? It is still missing in recent Windows snapshots.
Actually, it misses from all 64-bit snapshots - 2.5 / 3.0 / 4.0. 32-bits
are OK though. Investigating now.
