Hi, firebird-3.0.3.32900 doesn't build on Fedora rawhide with icu 60.2
Any idea on how to fix it ? error: 'char16_t' does not name a type; did you mean 'charset'? error: 'UChar' does not name a type; did you mean 'UChar32'? etc..
