Tested with
export DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/local/opt/icu4c/lib:$DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH
export DYLD_FALLBACK_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/local/opt/icu4c/lib
but didn't worked , i will try on a mac first to see the issue
