It's a vanilla Firebird 3, the CWD is the location where firebird.exe is
located.
Firebird root folder (where firebird.conf is expected to be) is detected
as follows:
- value of FIREBIRD environment variable, if present
- path of the fbclient.dll (which is loaded by the firebird.exe)
So, check FIREBIRD environment variable and ensure you have no
other fbclient.dll at PATH (it could be different for AppVeyor
script executor and when you start Firebird manually)
