If START_TIMESTAMP and END_TIMESTAMP is better, no problem with me. If something else (FROM_MOMENT, TO_MOMENT; START_MOMENT, END_MOMENT), no problem either. Just note there is the input parameters names too, currently FROM_TIMESTAMP, TO_TIMESTAMP, which must be thought together.
