Yes, two external files. msvcp100.dll and msvcr100.dll from Microsoft
Visual C++ 2010 SP1 Redistributable Package.
That sounds wrong. I thought we were using a newer version of Visual C++
for Firebird 4, shouldn't that include the ICU lib?
