Firebird and InterBase support the "STARTING WITH" operator in SQL.
But not support "ENDING WITH".
I know, that I may use LIKE, or "RIGHT(value,CHAR_LENGTH(pattern))=pattern",
but (in general case) "ENDING WITH" looks better :)
