Trick with isc_dpb_config won't work for superserver AFAIU.
We could introduce DPB item like for disabling DDL triggers, if
required. Maybe for TPB also, if it's really needed at transaction level.
What usage cases do you have in mind? For standby, skipping some changes
usually lead to out-of-sync replica which is useless for recovery purposes.
