firebird.log file size limitation and log rotation for Windows platform

In case lot of errors, like network, low space for database file etc.
firebirdsql.log grow without limitation.
This can potentially overflow system partition OS.
Under linux-like OS exist logrotate.
I suggest add such behavior for firebirdsql.log. With two params:
MaxLogFileSize and RotateCount.
