When non-first in the list plugin on the client does not want to send any data
to the server (in that way asking it to switch to next plugin) data sent by
previous plugin is delivered to the server instead empty packet. This should
not cause any trouble to correct server side of plugin but does cause strange
messages in firebird.log.
