There are several possible cases:
1) The program already included both headers - everything is fine it will use constants
declared in ibase.h.
2) The program used "using namespace Firebird" - everything is fine constants will be
automatically found in the namespace.
3) Otherwise the program is in troubles and should consider usage of 2).
Taking into account that usage of FB OO API is still seldom it shouldn't cause a big
problem I guess.
