Using XpbBuilder I never needed it at client side at all.
On client side - may be. But I have to parse DPB, TPB and info
buffers in a provider.
Not 100% sure about info (if missing we should add such support) - but
what about DPB & TPByou are ok to parse them in provider using
XpbBuilder. It's universal tool, and can be used not only for building
but for parsing too.
