Make it possible to define rules of describing types of returned to the client
columns / parameters -`type1` is replaced with `type2`. This statement should
also be able to take care about backward compatibility with previous versions
(i.e. replace new datatype like BOOLEAN with some datatype known before). SET
BIND presets for particular attachment should be possible from both firebird
config files and DPB.
