The short answer is 'probably not'.
The long answer is that, unless someone volunteers to write this, or a
company commissions this, it is unlikely such documentation will surface
any time soon.
For point 2, the only migration you need to do is backup your database
in your current version and restore it under Firebird 4, just like needs
to be done when migrating to Firebird 3.

For me most interesting are:
1) Installation of 4.0 / de-installation of current one
2) Existing table conversions to 4.0
3) Switching / testing to replication
