As discussed on firebird-devel, the replica mode should be exposed through an
isc_database_info/Attachment::getInfo(), MON$DATABASE, and - maybe - the SYSTEM
context.
The reported mode should be
- none (database is a primary or standalone)
- read-only
- read-write
