Have you ever been able to build Firebird locally?
I'm not sure if it is still used, but in the past the build required GNU
sed, which isn't available by default, and you would need to install it
(e.g. from http://gnuwin32.sourceforge.net/packages/sed.htm). Also,
given the errors reference the `gen` path, it is likely the preprocess
phase failed, and this is just a subsequent error.
That said, you probably need one of the core developers to respond to
diagnose this better.
