I have a 68 coupe with multi-leaf springs, no sway bar brackets and it is a "C" type axle, meaning the differential has to be opened to remove the axle. It does have staggered shocks. There are no codes matching any of the ones identified for F-body Firebirds. I suspect it is a Chevy and/or A-body rear end. You may have something similar going on.
