If you pull out the rear seat and removed the side panel(s), there is a large 
access hole in the inner quarters. It will come out faster than you think.

Thanks Daniel, I neglected to mention, mine is a '67 without the vent panel to 
remove.

I removed the little vent in the door jam and got my daughter to reach in
and take them off for me. Window still in, just rolled up. If you have big
forearms, forget it lol. Find a kid to help you and they can get them easy.
