Thanks for taking a look Steve. I found an article on Corvairs that said it uses PN 5698362 as well. I'll give a few places a call tomorrow. I called Kragen and Napa last week but I didn't have the PN at the time and it didn't come up on their computer searches. Maybe having the PN will help.
