The parking brake lever to caliper uses a lock nut.  You just get it tight 
enough to fully seat the leaver on the shaft.  Use loctite on the bracket to 
caliper mount and just tighten as much as you feel safe.

Does anyone know what the torque specs are for 1. parking brake lever bracket 
to caliper and 2. parking brake cable bracket to caliper.
