I have disassembled the kickdown switch on our 69 350HO, and I think I can fab a replacement plunger. Since my plunger is snapped off, I just need to know how far the plunger comes out of the switch when disengaged and engaged. If I can make it work I will post some pics. I believe I will make the part out of metal rather than plastic since I plan on engaging the switch often. :)
