Sheen,

By guides do you mean the little hooks that are riveted into the channel? I took mine out and restored them. I ground off the rivet, dipped the part in a plastic coating liquid (at the hardware store-- made for making plastic/rubber grips on tools), re-dipped until it was as thick as I wanted, then riveted them back in. They look great. (The process is from memory since I did it a while ago.) I think the sealing is rope caulk. You can get it at Lowe's or Home depot. At Lowe's it is in the painting section. It is like modeling clay. I used it as the sealing for lots of through the body parts (convertible header molding, bumper support brackets, etc.)

3 Q's: What do you use for sealing tape or whatever for between the window weatherstrip channels and body? Does anyone sell the window guides that go on these channels (2 per channel, see pics)? Does anyone sell the whole channel?
