An original metal lower baffle can cost you an arm and a leg for a good one.
They are rare to still find in any shape to be reused. Many got bent up and
rusted over the years because of where they go on the car. My car will need
one when I get it back together. I may go with the fiberglass repro or I may
fabricate one from sheet metal since I won't be too concerned with it being
concourse.

While my 67 doesnt run too hot, I still would like to cool it some.
Especially with summer coming here in So. Cal.
When I got the car, it did not have either of the upper or lower baffles on
it, nor did it have the side seals.
I have purchased and installed the upper baffles, and I am still looking for
a lower metal baffle (anyone have one for sale????) and may end up buying a
fiberglass repop if I continue to come up empty.
Now, my question lies with the side "rubber-like seals" that I have read
about, but never seen. I am curious, are these them??

And are the rigth and left seals identical?? Meaning I can purchase 2
identical and install them both?

Final question is since I am not exactly sure what "seals" I am looking for
since I have never actually seen them, and people refer to them with
different terminalogy, are these a fair price if they are what I am looking
for, or do some of the other catalogs (Ames, PY, CI, Y1, etc..) have them
cheaper??

Appreciate any feedback! And if someone has an extra metal lower 67 baffle
lying around, let me know how much you want!!

Thanks in advance!

Rich
