Greetings! Does anyone know the trick=A0to removing an original Hurst shift=
er stick from the shifter mechanism when it's held in place with the shim s=
ystem rather than the two bolts? I don't want to destroy anything, but ther=
e doesn't seem to be an easy way to pry the thing out. Any help would be ap=
preciated. Don't know if it makes any difference or not, but it's for a 196=
8 Firebird convertible.=0AJim=0A68 Firebird 350
