Yep, I agree with Hugo..
You're wasting fuel at that rpm. However you can run it all day at 3500,
[redline is over 5K]. I'm guessing you have a 3.55 or 3.73 gear in the diff.
You have 2 choices either change the trans [as mentioned] or try to find a
higher gear, [i.e.: 3.07 or 2.78 if you're not racing ;) ]. The high gears use
a smaller carrier which may be a challenge to find.
I have a 3.23 and tach at ~2750 @ 65 with a T400. A 200R4 is on my wish list.
