I am working 40 hours a week at my job, then 40-50 hours a week at my new house to finish it up before we have to move this Friday. Life is beating me down. There was no indication as to copyright. Based on the quality it looks like it's perhaps somewhere between a 2nd and 4th generation copy. As a backup I scanned it into a PDF file and did OCR on it so I could search for words, at least the ones clear enought to be recognized. Its around 20 megs (it's 415 pages).
