Did you check under your back seat to see if there is another set under there? If not, just buy another set of lap belts and install them. I believe Ames carries the individual sets for the rear. They attach to the same bolts as the inner belts for each side.

This may have been asked before, but I couldn't find an easy way to search the answer. I bought a 68 Firebird with the intention of enjoying it with my kids. At the time, we had one child and wanted one more so the 68 made sense. that was before we had twins! Now with 3 kids, the rear seat doesn't have enough seat belts and so I can't take the family in it. Anybody know of a way to add a third seatbelt? Obviously I would love 3 point seatbelts for my kids, but I'll take a lap belt (or anything). If I can't find a solution, I'm pondering trying to find a toy that can accommodate my bigger family but would hate to lose my Firebird.
