You just need to buy the repro coupler at the bottom for $40 and use the 69 firewall plate and U plate. I would say 90% of the 69 tilts listed on Ebay are the 70-78 Fbody units. I have a write up on the conversion somewhere. I converted a 78 tilt column for my 69.
