I used a Totally Stainless kit. It's a big time saver not to have to restore bolts and they look good too. One drawback with the stainless kits is they do not have the "guide nipple" on the tip of the bolt that most originals do. So, sometimes they're a little harder to get started when things aren't lined up well. Door jamb hinges is one good example. I actually got the door on with the original bolts and then changed them out one by one with the stainless.
