First Generation Firebird-L Mailing List ......................................................................... Liz and Kevin,
I have no idea why it turned out for you this way, but I did receive the wrong springs on one order, called them, and they sent the correct ones right away (they didn't ask for the wrong ones back--anyone need early Mustang springs?). Dan 68 Sprint Convertible Subject: Re: leaf springs for sprint From: "bob liz strang" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Date: Thu, 06 Nov 2008 05:55:50 GMT I have a 1968 Sprint and bought what was supposed to be the correct rear leaf springs from Eaton. The car's rear end ended up being way too high so I am not very happy with this company. Liz Subject: Re: [FGF] Re: leaf springs for sprint From: "Kevin Young" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Date: Thu, 6 Nov 2008 01:26:24 -0800 (PST) I bought a complete set of springs when I was rebuilding my 66 Mustang, It looked like a 4 wheel drive..... I ended up cutting a coil in front and removing a spring in the rear to drop it down, I have had better luck at Oreillys' Auto PArts. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Submissions to Firebird-L: <[email protected]> Unsubscribe from Firebird-L: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Help: <http://FirstGenFirebird.org/firebird/Firebird-L.html> Classifieds: <http://FirstGenFirebird.org/ubb/> Owner Pictures: <http://FirstGenFirebird.org/show/> Donations: <http://FirstGenFirebird.org/store/cart.mv?999999> FGF Merchandise: <http://FirstGenFirebird.org/store>
