On 67's there is just a breather on the valve cover. The PCV valve in the valley pan has a hose going to the intake (or into a vacuum port on the carb for us with aftermarket intakes). Bob S. 67-69 the pcv went from pcv valve to intake (just below fuel inlet) on non- California emission vehicles. As far as I know, it never went to the air cleaner.
