I was having a hard time getting my new sun visor pin to go into the mounting bracket with new bushing. I made the mistake of pounding on it a few times with a mallet. The pin has come loose from the sleeve in the visor itself. I pulled it out. Any ideas on how to glue the pin back in place? The pin and sleeve are a tight fit so any glue I put in the sleeve or on the pin is going to get scraped off as I insert the pin into the sleeve. Looking at the pin, it looks like it may have been spot welded in the sleeve but it is hard to tell. Any ideas? BTW, I used a little lithium grease on the bushing for the second one and just worked it back and forth a 100 times to get it in. Lesson learned.
