The manual is showing the plastic cover with the inlet and outlet tubes that
houses the diaphragm (in the drawing) still attached to the left side of the
"pump package" (#5 -- I'm talking about the lower exploded view).  In the
drawing the tubes are pointing away, so it is hard to tell, but that's where
it is on the actual washer.  The bellows that Jim refers to I think is the
diaphragm you are talking about, too.  It is shown without the plastic cover
(and its rubber O rings and tubes) and as attached to the washer pump
housing (without the large black plastic housing).  It isn't a particularly
helpful drawing.  But getting one from a parts store and using it for the
internal parts (or getting one from a junk yard) is what I did.

Are you referring to detail shown in the "watermark"? I definitely can't see
it without a clearer version of the manual and possibly a magnifying glass
(me eyes aren't so good).
