That fender is pretty F'd. get a better one...

Lots of people have good used bumpers too....i would get a straighter
one and re-chrome.

That doesn't look too bad. A GOOD body man could get it close. You will
have
some bondo in that area.
OR, this is probably the better option, I would look for an original
driver's side fender. While it may not be original to the car, nothing
beats
an original fender. That is what I had to do with my car. I ended having
two
original fenders grafted together.
