The system is totally complete minus the fuel pump. I have a 1000cfm throttle body as well. I also have an edelbrock brand new in the box intake for the pontiac that is an efi intake.with the fuel rails that goes with the kit. We just got the entire system out of the car this morning.
Mace, The Q-jet is hard to beat for both just driving and performance. I went from a Holley to the Q-jet and was amazed that an un-tuned Q-jet was better than my Holley! I also have heard of a lot of issues with the BG carbs, they are really nice looking but seem to have issues. I remember when I was looking to replace my carb, I wanted to go with one purely based upon how nice they look... A bit of a search on the internet and I was talked out of it. People were complaining of a bunch of different things. The exact things I forget, I'll find some of the threads that I saved. Needless to say I am very happy with my Q-jet! So no more EFI? Are you selling your Accel setup?
