Lock out the unions, and hire those who want a good, stable job (with no degree needed)...at 10-15 bucks an hour with good benefits and a respectable pension. Give them 3-4% a year and 25 years and out... While we're at it, let's do the same for the steel industry. The american worker is what killed GM, not foreign workers or plants.
