ASC is the company that did the WS6 conversions on the 4th gens and the 3rd gen convertible conversions. My 02 Coll Ed TA Conv WS6 was stuck there for a month while they were converting it prior to delivery. They have been around for a long time. With Pontiac going away, it will be interesting to see if they carry this forward.
