First Generation Firebird-L Mailing List ......................................................................... There are few things that I wouldn't tackle myself but the headliner is one of them. It is critical to use the proper procedure, glue and techniques to get it fitting tight with no sags or ripples. $200.00 for an experienced professional to install one for you is a good price and well worth the money. You can do some advanced prep work, clean and paint the stay rods prior to the installer coming over just make sure you mark them when removing.
If your the adventurous kind it can be done but I would suggest some professional advice before beginning. Good luck Brent Block 68 350 Coupe StAlbert, Alberta,Canada http://firstgenfirebird.org/show/closeup.mv?CarID=378 -----Original Message----- Subject: [FGF] headliner is it very hard to install a headliner in a 68? or what are the going prices for professional installation?? about $200 for labor is estimate I got a few days ago..plus me buying the headliner and kit.. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Submissions to Firebird-L: <[email protected]> Unsubscribe from Firebird-L: <[email protected]> Help: <http://FirstGenFirebird.org/firebird/Firebird-L.html> Classifieds: <http://FirstGenFirebird.org/ubb/> Owner Pictures: <http://FirstGenFirebird.org/show/>
