The red steering column that I have is complete from one end to the other, with firewall seals, brackets, compression sleeve, turn signal lever with the plastic intact, shift lever, turn signal switch, as well as the red 68 deluxe steering wheel which has a few smaller cracks and is most definitely usable, albeit not a show piece. But it does NOT have an ignition switch, nor has it ever had one. Perhaps is it wrong year for you.
