When I pulled my car apart it was mostly cameo ivory (original color) down into the cavity but my question came up because I suspect one of the fenders and the cowl panel was re-sprayed due to minor accident repair. I just wasn't sure that the overspray I was observing was original or as a result of the repair. It was pretty much white al the way down but not the quality of paintwork as on the exterior body.
