Larry, If you don't feel qualified, she would be better off to pay and have an expert see the car in person and appraise it for her. It's difficult to judge without seeing the car in person even with detailed photos and I seriously doubt the quarters are real original NOS GM, but if they are..... they are worth a lot all by themselves. I looked at it for her today and took some pics, to try and help her get a value on it.
