If you don't feel qualified, she would be better off to pay and have an  
expert see the car in person and appraise it for her.  It's difficult  to 
judge without seeing the car in person even with detailed photos and I  
seriously doubt the quarters are real original NOS GM, but if they  are.....   
they 
are worth a lot all by themselves.

long  story short, an old friend of my Mom's is going to sell her late sons 
  
67 firebird. I looked at it for her today and took some pics, to try and  
help  her get a value on it. I believe it is an original 400 car, but  hood 
is 
flat. if  anyone would like to discuss helping her figure out  a reasonable 
value for it  and/ get the info on it please feel free  to email or call 
me. 
it has ac,4  speed,deluxe int,p.b.,wood  wheel,remote mirror on door,etc. 
small rust on  1/4s...And she has  she thinks are original gm 1/4s in her 
attic 
bought and  stored from  a long time ago..trunk, doors,and floors
