I've found that the US/Canada postal service works the best. Spend the few extra bucks for insurance and the ability to track the shipment. Anything under $60 that comes as a gift from your friend in the US is Duty free. Make sure the customs document states "Used Car Parts" In my experience you get raped by the other guys for brokerage fees.
