It was me that called Rick last night to ask him about the spoilers. :-) I have seen so many with them, that I thought they did come with them. He didn't and said he would take one for the team and post the question. I looked in the FGF tech section right after and found out the answer that many of you have pointed out here. But I did not get back to him in time before he posted. Yeah, They are common, but not actually stock. I got a good deal on a set still in the boxes on the weekend and bought them. Still not sure if I will use em or not. My build is not "numbers matching" and I like the look. Got a 400 hood too. It's currently REALLY purple but sweeeet. Thanks for the responses.
PS... Anybody ever Google our Bo Svenson? Yes, he is that Bo Svenson. (sorry Bo). A very nice guy by the way. We spoke on the phone a few times in last couple of days. Rick, obviously this guys knows nothing but thinks he does... only 69TA came with spoilers... the Camaros front "snowplow" (which I added to my car) and the Camaro rear spoiler never came from the factory...some dealers added some ( I have heard), otherwise owners have added them , mostly for "looks", but some (as I ) have them for added down force benefit...they tend to work at speeds over 85 mph or so.....but were never an option on factory firebirds...
