I have a blue NOS 67-69 TH 400 modulator and a black NOS TH 400 modulator. I¹ve had them bench tested. They are both set at 16 lbs. Anyone interested? If so, let me know what it would be worth to you. Next week I¹ll be putting them on eBay. I¹d like to find good homes for these rare items and divest myself of stuff¹. Thanks!
