First Generation Firebird-L Mailing List ......................................................................... Michael,
I was the one who started the AC compressor thread and I have gotten suffient photos so unless Brent was also wanting some you don't need to take any for me. Between all the info I recieved I figured out that I do appear to have all the parts. One of the things that got me messed up was that I put the compresson on the bracket on the wrong side of the big alluminm bracket (off the car) and not surprisingly some things didn't seem to be lining up right. That made me think I must be missing some spacers. When I realized my mistake it was a Homer Simpson moment. Thanks. First Generation Firebird-L Mailing List ......................................................................... Hey, Brett. This is Michael (Bet Winner). I hope you and your family are doing well. I don't read the FGF e-mails enough, but happened to see this. I can see if I can get a few pic's, but it may be a week or two. I have a 35mm camera--sorry, should get a digital. I have been spending my time working towards getting the underside of my Judge to concours level--removing selling dealership's undercoating, repo exhaust, repo parking brake cables, refinish rear end, replate bolts/nuts, etc. It is a mountain of work, but the original undercoating has done its job if I can remove it w/o ruining the factory paint below it. Please let me know if someone else can get pics sooner.
