Here's the link, but it's long and the list server will mangle it. You
may have to rebuild the link.

Bob,

I looked but couldn't find the link. If you remember what tech section or
what the topic was for a list search, that might help. Thanks,

Dan

Check the firstgenfirebird.org site and search the tech section. I
remember somebody found them and had a link to where they are. I remember
because I needed one too (I never pursued it though).

My 67 convertible has the switch mounted to the parking brake assembly.
Its a little U shaped bracket ( a wide, shallow u) and has a little white
plastic plunger with a spring running across the U. I know what tab you
are
looking for, I just have no idea where to get one.

No dice. They have the switch itself, but not the little piece I need.
They also state the the switch is mounted to the parking brake pedal. And
unless both of my 68s (convertible and coupe, 6 cyl and 8) are wrong, the
switch is mounted to the wall beside the pedal.

Hi all,

I am fixing the mess made of the interior on the 68 400 I just got. I
need to find the little metal piece the fits between the parking brake
switch
and the cable (the part that sits against the switch when the brake is not
on). I've looked at the usual places (AMES, Classic, etc.) but no luck.
Anyone have one or know where I can get one?

Thanks,

Dan
