As long as it's a rendering, not original copyrighted images type of thing there should be no issues. If it were original images, depending on the end use, this may not even be an issue. But the safest best is to use drawn images. I have quite a few of the Pontiac Logo's drawn and in vector format (which is what is needed for printing shirts) so let me know if I can help.
