Except for CAS restrictions, if applies, I don't see any problem here (ok, 
maybe some design breaks).
But if there are ideas about implementing other CustomProviders, then a 
separate assembly could be better. My only concern here is that it should 
ship with the main one, because (believe it or not) not all people will be 
able to build it themeselves.
